If you have ever have a problem with a device that we’ve repaired, please contact us! We are proud to stand behind our work and will be happy to work with you if your device ever stops functioning after a repair. Please read our warranty policy below!
Mac Repairs
Our warranty period for Mac Repairs is 90 days for both parts and labor. Our 90 day warranty covers manufacturers’ defects on parts installed and any issues related to the installation of parts.
Unfortunately we cannot cover accidental damage after the repair is complete. Accidental damage includes but is not limited to drops, liquid spill damage, electrical shock damage, cosmetic damage, etc. We also cannot warranty our parts or labor if the customer has attempted to fix or modify the device after the repair has been completed.
If you have any problems with an Apples2Apples repair, please call us! We will do our best to work with you to make sure your Mac is back up and running ASAP!
iPhone Repairs
Our warranty period for iPhone Repairs is 90 days for both parts and labor. Our 90 day warranty covers manufacturers’ defects on parts installed and any issues related to the installation of parts.
Unfortunately we cannot cover accidental damage after the repair is complete. Accidental damage includes but is not limited to drops, cracked glass/LCDs, liquid spill damage, electrical shock damage, cosmetic damage, etc. We also cannot warranty our parts or labor if the customer has attempted to fix or modify the device after the repair has been completed. We test every iPhone we repair to make sure it works exactly as it should. If we release an iPhone in non functional or partially functional condition, we will inform the customer verbally and make a note on their invoice.

Our warranty period for iPod & iPad Repairs is 90 days for both parts and labor. Our 90 day warranty covers manufacturers’ defects on parts installed and any issues related to the installation of parts.

We test every iPod & iPad we repair to make sure it works exactly as it should. Data Loss
It is the customer’s responsibility to back up data on any Mac, iPhone, iPod, or iPad. Apples2Apples technicians will make every effort to preserve customer data, however all repairs carry some risk of data loss.
For Mac repairs, we offer a data backup service for a flat fee of $99. Before starting diagnosis and repair, we will make a backup image of your hard drive which we can restore from, should anything go wrong. We can also help you with purchasing and setting up a Time Machine Backup drive for your computer.
Since iPhones, iPads, and iPods can only be synced with one computer, we do not offer backup services for these devices. It is the customer’s responsibility to have a current backup of their iPhone, iPod or iPad before dropping it off for repair!!
Apples2Apples can not be held responsible for data loss!!
