Warranty Policy

Our warranty period for Mac Repairs is 90 days for both parts and labor. Our 90 day warranty covers manufacturers’ defects on parts installed and any issues related to the installation of parts.

Unfortunately we cannot cover accidental damage after the repair is complete. Accidental damage includes but is not limited to drops, liquid spill damage, electrical shock damage, cosmetic damage, etc. We also cannot warranty our parts or labor if the customer has attempted to fix or modify the device after the repair has been completed.

Most all Mac users have encountered the Pinwheel of Death (or whatever you call it!) at some point or another. It tends to show up at the most inconvenient times! What most Mac users don’t know, however, is the reason behind the Pinwheel, or how to stop it!
